Old Town Hill (hour long audio environment)

Old Town Hill sits in Newbury, MA, above the marshes that surround the Parker and Little Rivers as each winds its way to the Atlantic Ocean. A few trees are scattered in the field at the top of the hill, but it's mostly clear... offering a view unlike any other in the area. Time seems to stand still in places like this for me... maybe because the place cares so little about the humans who come and go. It simply is and has been so since long before I first climbed up the little switchbacks to the top with my grandfather. This piece attempts to capture some of the space and calm of the world as it exists up on the hill... above civilization and blissfully ignorant of it.
